In addition, we employ a professional third-party authentication company to authenticate these goods before we purchase - this company has over a decade of experience authenticating goods from our brands. We also have an in-house authentication and quality control team that conducts a thorough secondary inspection before any product is shipped to you.

All products come with original brand packaging.

We have long-standing direct relationships with multiple global retailers and authorized dealers (many of which are in Japan). We also import in bulk at discounted rates that general consumers simply cannot get.

Every order arrives brand new, in the brand’s original packaging - including the brand box and dust bag where the brand provides them - with the original brand tags and labels attached.

Please note we do not include store receipts, purchase invoices, or paper certificates. Authenticity is assured by our two-step authentication process instead: every piece is verified by a professional third-party authentication company before we purchase it, and inspected again by our in-house authentication team before it ships to you.
