I purchased 2 sneakers from Kinship already. After 7 months of wearing my first pair approx. 3 times a week, I noticed that a small spot of the leather located on the right inside heel was peeling off. Therefore I sent a complaint to their Email asking them for a solution. At first they responded quickly & were asking for a picture of the issue which was sent to them promptly. After not receiving an answer for a couple days, I wrote a 1 star review. However Kinship then responded & apologized for the slow response as my issue seemed very unique & they were waiting for feedback from their factories. Although claiming that the defect was caused by lack of shoe care from my side whereas I was claiming that the issue was material-based, they offered a free repair nonetheless.

The second pair holds up quite nicely & they still look box fresh.
