Need more communication and where is my product?

Great quality products. It does however take a while for items to be dispatched. The accuracy of delivery is not good enough nor is the communication between ordering and delivery. For example my order was placed on the 16th of September – nothing on the confirmation email about when i should expect the products. I email on the 10th October and get a reply that they are being dispatched between 7th and 14th of October (absolutely fine – just want some comms in the confirm about this). I get sent a message on the 14th October that it has been dispatched. The tracking number doesn’t work… I leave it for a few days and get a review request and i still dont have my product and the tracking number still doesnt work (21st October).

You dont need to publish this review – but you need to be aware of some of these shortfalls. thanks
