Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please review the below scenarios in which we may or may not allow returns:
You may cancel an order if we have not yet shipped your order out for delivery. You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation. If we have not shipped your order yet, we will immediately cancel your order and refund you.
Damaged On Arrival
If your order was damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the product(s) and an explanation of why your order is defective. After our team verifies this information, you may return your item and we will process your refund. *Note that we will not grant refunds if you believe there are ‘color differences’ between your order and our site’s images.
Broken After Use
We are not responsible for issues you may have with your shoes after you wear them.
Customer Changes Their Mind
We do NOT allow returns and refunds if you receive your order but decide you do not want it anymore.
You may exchange your item for store credit within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item needs to be in the same condition as when it arrived and unworn. You may either exchange your item for a different size or return your item for store credit to purchase another item. Please email us if you would like to exchange your item(s).
To begin the return process, email us (email@example.com) your order number, and why you wish to return your item(s).
We will only pay for your return shipping if the item(s) you received is defective or the incorrect item. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
